Award-winning singer, Sodapresh has taken to social media to disclose how he started out on his music journey - the ups and downs - but it would seem there are more downs than there are ups. Walking down memory's lane, he noted that in 2016/2017 in order to record his first songs; 'Mother's anthem' & 'Wonder' he had to shuttle from Yenagoa to Ahoada for three months for a paycheck of #45,000
Speaking further through a series of posts he shares on his Whatsapp status, the 'Carry go' singer reveals that he went to several shows in which case his boss would take quite a large chunk of his performance fee, and give him what could be referred to as 'starvation honorarium'.
The celebrated singer who is now the cynosure of all eyes in the Bayelsa's entertainment industry, hopes that his personal story inspires up and coming artists in the state.
