Promising Bayelsa-based Singer, Smarkey has taken to his social media handle to advise the Nigerian Police Force the ground on which they should arrest a man/boy.
In the post, the 'Leg-work' Singer stated that, if a guy is not cute, doesn't have money and isn't good on bed - he is usless, hence should be arrested
