Promising Presenter and Blogger, Martin Nelly has taken to his Facebook page to write a letter appreciating the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Henry Seriake Dickson. At the introductory part of the letter, he said he doesn't like him, but the body of the letter would show something contrary.
