The Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Henry Seriake Dickson was caught sitting comfortably at Mr. Kenebi Okoko's residence in Lagos. Mr. Kenebi who is a trained Harvard Businessman and an aspirant in the PDP's governorship primary election 2019,  may just have shown that he doesn't keep grudges against anyone.
