Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan appreciates Henry Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State.

He revealed that the governor has surpassed his expectation in the education sector.

Goodluck Ebele Jonathan yesterday at the late D.S.P. Alamieyeseigha’s Banquet Hall, Yenagoa, in a ceremony held for the launch of Bayelsa state Education Development Trust Fund, made a speech that has since gone viral in the internet space.

While delivering his speech, he stated that he cannot but appreciate his Excellency, Henry Seriake Dickson, as he’s surpassed his expectation in view of the state Education Development Trust Fund that is being launched.
