Taking to her Instagram handle sometime last year, the energetic Entrepreneur harped on the need to have a 'workable plan' as against 'new year resolution', even as she added a nice photograph of herself.

"You don't need a new year resolution, what you need is a workable plan.

Like my King will always say - whenever you wake up is your morning.

It doesn't matter whether it's January or December. What matters is that you are awake.

"Since you have been doing new year resolutions, have they been working?

You want to read bible in one year. It's amazing but then what is the step by step plan that will enable you pull through this goal.

"How many chapters would you read in a day? Who would hold you accountable?

You want to loose weight. How much weight? What would be your milestone? What are your strategies? Diet? Exercise? Portion control? Or all of them.

"You want to start a business?

What business? Do you have the skills needed? Do you need to buy a course or invest in mentoring? What would be your milestone? And how would you measure them.

"Set SMART goals.
