'No Joint Business Is Too Or Insignificant To Have A Written Agreement For It...Don't Say We Are Friends...', Says Nigerian Lawyer, Chidiebere Smile Onyechere

The Public Speaker had harped on the need to have a written agreement for any business activity with another - fans seemed to agree, Pokovirtuousblog has shown.

In a post on his Instagram handle a few weeks ago, Nigerian Lawyer cum Writer, Chidiebere Smile Onyechere, advised his followers to prioritize having a written agreement for any joint business, loan, etc, stressing that it can help avert problems in the future.

"No joint business is too or insignificant to have a written agreement for it. No loan is too little to have a signed agreement. Don't say we are friends, nothing will happen. It's better than have your rights and liabilities spelt out to avoid problems in future.

"In whatever business or deal you do, try to reduce it into writing and properly signed.

Most importantly, consult a lawyer to help you put it in writing to ensure your interest is adequately protected."

Our reporter learnt that his followers have since taken to the comments to share their thoughts - here's an excerpt.
