In a post on his verified Twitter handle a few days ago, Nigerian Social Crusader, Muhammad Bello Bala Shagari, revealed that leadership is about vision not 'knowing it all', even as he harped on the need to vote for a team player.

"We are not looking for a one man army. We are looking for a team player. So there’s nothing impressive about claiming to know all the answers. Leadership is about vision not “knowing it all”."
