Taking to his Instagram handle a few weeks ago, Nigerian Strategist, Patrick Oluyide, shared several lovely photographs of himself, added cute photos of himself, stressing that leadership is all about developing people that produce the results.

My major take away:

"Leaders are not in the business of producing results.

Rather,

Leaders are in the business of developing people that produce the results.

As a leader, you have to achieve the results, just that you only merit the title when you do it through others.
