Taking to his Facebook profile yesterday, National Spokesman Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe, shared a powerful nugget on leadership. In the missive, the multi-award winning Socio-political Activist stated that learning to keep critics where they belong is key to success as a leader.

"A leader who is allergic to criticism has not developed a thick skin. People will definitely talk ill about you no matter how good you think you are. You don’t need to prove it. Keep doing your part and let history be the judge.
