The 'Taste of Fregz' Host had in a social media post celebrated his mother and wife on the occasion of this year's Mother's Day, describing them as 'the best', Pokovirtuousblog can report.

Gbubemi Fregene, better known as Chef Fregz, is one of the most celebrated African Chef. The 'Knorr Taste Quest' Judge who was born in Abeokuta 1989, is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Paris; holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management, Convenant University.

Taking to his verified Instagram handle in the afternoon hours of today, the celebrated Chef shared a photograph of his mother [Mrs Fregene] and wife [Lala Akindoju], just as he revealed that every day is like Mother's Day to him because they're the best.
