Say No To Drugs: 'Am Working On Painting A New Picture For The Younger Generation', Says Nigerian Singer, AFRO JC
The talented Nigerian Artiste had in a social media post advised followers involved in drug abuse to quit such an harmful lifestyle, even as he revealed plans to take the campaign to more youths, a check by Pokovirtuousblog has shown.
The pace at which the majority of Nigerian youths are consuming narcotic drugs is one that has not only reduced the talented to worthless street thugs, but also projects the country in a bad light to the international community.
According to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), over 40% of Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 and 35 does take codeine, tramadol, marijuana, and other illegal drugs. Although drugs worth over #50billion were burnt last year, it would seem many are not ready to change for the better any soon.
Taking to his Facebook profile yesterday, Nigerian Inspirational Singer, Ebiegberi Gabriel, popularly known as AFRO JC, spoke on the need to shun the use of narcotic drugs.

As a handful of his followers took to the comments to share their thoughts, a follower identified as Godspower Gabriel talked to the Singer about the need to release a song in that regard - the 'Positive Vibe' crooner responded - their conversation.
