The popular Singer cum Music Executive had offered a piece of advice to so-called 'over-talented acts' whose self-marketing strategy is claiming they are more creative than their successful colleagues, even as he harped on originality, Pokovirtuousblog has gathered.


In a series of posts on his instastory in the morning hours of Saturday, multi-award winning Singer, Charles Enebeli professionally known as D'Prince offered a piece of advice to up-and-coming artistes who sends him messages, claiming they are more talented than his breakout stars.


In the post, the 35-year-old 'Oluwa Ni Sola' crooner cautioned artistes against starting their messages when chatting with him on the premise that they're better off than his acts, adding that he takes pride in originality irrespective of one's origin.


"Don't start your Dms or messages with claims of you being better or more talented than anyone. I often get mails from upcomings saying they can do better than @heisrema @rugerofficial.. that's not the way to go..Be you! Be original! @thejonzingworld we take pride in originality no matter where you are from".


Speaking further, the Abia Entrepreneur stated that ambitious artistes would do well to utilize the immense opportunity social media provides, even as he harped on the need to stay original. He concluded the piece by saying being a remake is the surefire way to failure.


"Dear upcoming artist/creative. We are in the tech/social media age. Make good use of it..A lot can happen for you. Your biggest asset as an emerging act is mostly your originality.
