Famous Bayelsa-based Afrobeat Artiste cum Music Producer, Blackman PD has revealed intention to feature any Bayelsa-based act in his upcoming album. The Singer who took to his Facebook profile yesterday to make the announcement, enumerated what he expects of interested artistes.
In the post, PD stated that he has been working assiduously with his friend and industry colleague, AFRO JC to release an album. Giving other acts an opportunity to be featured on a track, 'Issa Vibe' in the album entitled 'Self-made', the Brass native notes that interested artistes would do well to head to his Audiomack's page and listen to a snippet he uploaded on the music streaming platform. He also added that he/she should make a short video of himself vibing to it, and not forgetting to tag him or AFRO JC, noting that they'll pick one.
"Myself and AFRO JC we've been working really hard to get an album together...if you're an artiste be it singer or rapper - even if you haven't been to a studio before...make a video of yourself vibing to the song. Post on your story tag me or Homeboy JC - and we'll select one artiste to add to the original song on the album. We look forward to hearing your sound".
Barely two hours after making the statement, the talented singer reveals that a female artiste in his state who goes by the stagename Ini Golden has accepted his request - As to whether it is for the project he earlier made an announcement on, efforts by our reporter to communicate with him proved abortive as there was network hitches.
"Ini Golden don accept my request. Na to make music with her remain".
Pokovirtuousblog learnt that Precious Debo better known as Blackman PD is not a newcomer in the Bayelsa State music industry, as he has several songs under his belt: 'The Plug' March, 2020; 'Letter To You' November 2020 among others. A source close to the singer told our reporter that he is working on bringing up-and-coming artistes of Bayelsan origin out of obscurity.
