Prior to going live this day, Ebiegberi Gabriel better known as AFRO JC have always got fans vibing to his inspirational songs, but deprived them the opportunity to hear him talk via live broadcast - as the media house's hosts: Otee & Poko Virtuous make it a point to play his songs on the airwaves. Today, something fans didn't see coming, happened - the show's hosts invited the artiste and his producer [Blackman PD] for an interview session.


Today Saturday, April 24, they had AFRO JC and Blackman PD play guest - to have the twosome talk about 'Pressure' released on Sunday, January 17, 2021. The interview which started at 10:45am, didn't provide sufficient time to enable them elaborate on their musical projects, given that it's a 1-hour-long program.


Commenting on the level of acceptance the song has been receiving from music lovers, the Producer stated that, it is one musical piece he finds very interesting and many others as well, as he reveals that the song has gotten thousands of streams and downloads across several digital platforms.


"...There is no plan yet to promote the song - but we've gotten thousands of streams and downloads..."



Speaking on what was in his mind when he wrote the verses for 'Pressure', the talented Singer stated that he likes to talk to people about reality and that the song helps him achieve that. On how he's been responding to life's challenges, he replied, "Challenges propel me to get better. Am comfortable facing tough times".


Our reporter learnt that the show 'Made In Bayelsa' is hosted by Tari Otuogha alias Otee a Presenter in Glory FM 97.1 - having Poko Virtuous, a Blogger as the Co-host. The program which airs every Saturday 10:00am through 11:00am, focuses on music/entertainment of Bayelsan origin, hence the title 'Made In Bayelsa'.
