• Popular Bayelsan Afropop Singer, AFRO JC starts a conversation on 'Bere'.
• Fans thronged comments section to ask questions and express admiration as well.
Ebiegberi Gabriel professionally known as AFRO JC is not only keen on releasing good songs, but it would seem he likes to keep fans enlightened as well. In a bid to find what his followers would like to know about one of his song, the Brass native took to his Facebook profile yesterday and invited them to a discussion about the song, 'Bere'. He stated, 'Maybe we should talk about #Bere tonight'.
Our reporter observed that an obsessed fan hopped on the comments section to ask him a series of questions. Although a handful of them digressed, as they wanted to know something else - all talks was about their favourite artiste - and they seem to love discussing with him.
Tr Ap Turner, 'Girlfriend my favorite dah shit was foreign'; Adeboye Happiness, 'When are we talking about pressure'. But it would seem a fan identified as Sini Kiem yearns to know a lot about the musical piece. Hence asked a few questions. Firstly she asked, 'What was the inspiration behind the song?' JC replied, 'The music was inspired by real life'. One minute later, he added, 'Sini Kiem my state of mind'.
Calling to mind that she's still in the dark about one thing, she asked once more, 'I wanna know the meaning of 'Bere'. He responded, 'Sini Kiem #Bere means trouble in my mother's tongue'. Forgetting to mention the tribe he calls 'mother tongue', a fan identified as Maxwell Dede wrote, 'Nembe'. JC quickly apologized for using a vague word, as he used the folded hands emoji and said, 'Maxwell Dede my mistake'.
Pokovirtuousblog gathered that 'Bere' which was produced by Blackman PD is the 4th track off his 8-track extended play entitled 'Positive Vibration' released on Friday, April 8, 2020. Other tracks in the EP are: 'Positive Vibe'; 'State of Mind'; 'Goodtime' ft. Blackman PD; 'Dead' ft. M-Style & King Danny; 'On The Road' ft. XL, Blaquan; 'Know' ft. Laylow and 'Girlfriend'. Our reporter learnt that the EP has been streamed and downloaded tens of thousands times across several music streaming platforms.
