Born Udosen Israel Innocent but professionally known as Starboy Lil-zzy, the light-skinned man is the definition of a talented artiste. The young creative who hails from Ikot Akpan in Ibiono Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom state, is an undergraduate of Biochemistry at Federal University, Otueke.
Born in February 9, 1996, Starboy's passion for music has seen him record some songs over the years. In 2018 he collaborated with Mr. Matt & Cornel_21 in the song 'Watsup', in 2019 he dropped 'EFCC' featuring Cornel_21 and 'Street Story' last year. An insatiable desire to treat his handful of fans to good music triggered him to launch his record label, Lil-zzy Music Worldwide' (LMW) not too long ago.
Speaking with our staff writer as to what inspired him to pick a career in music, the promising artiste replied, 'I love music...I gat a lot to tell the world'. Lil-zzy also added that, he's pretty sure that in no distant time he'll be sharing the same stage with industry heavyweights like Wizkid, Timaya. In a bid to advise fellow up and coming artistes looking to shoot to stardom, the budding Afropop Singer stated that, there are three lessons he's learnt - and thinks it'll prove useful to them: 'Never give up', 'Always believe in yourself' and 'Motivate yourself'.
