Today, Tuesday, March 23 is the birthday of Bayelsa's most respected Blogger and Online Reporter, Bodmas Prince Kemepadei. Although upon monitoring his social media handles we couldn't find a post from the veteran blogger celebrating himself, we did see posts about other activities - Admirers wouldn't keep quiet, as they've been walking the streets of Nigeria social media space shouting 'Happy birthday'.
Upon monitoring the Bayelsa social media space with regard to his birthday, our reporter gathered that a lot of his colleagues, friends and family members have taken to their various Facebook profiles to wish him a prosperous birthday anniversary: Eric Bodmas, '...Happy birthday dear brother Bodmas P. Kemepadei...I pray God lifts you to greater heights!'; Perezilagha Africa Orutu, 'Happy birthday Apostle Bodmas P. Kemepadei age gracefully to the service of Woyin'; Comr. Paul Ebikeseiye, '...a resounding happy birthday to a believer of Africa and Ijaw tradition, one of Bayelsa state finest social media practitioner'.
Pokovirtuousblog learnt that the celebrated Blogger started his media activities as far back as 2013 where he worked as a reporter for Hardnews. As his passion to deliver the news just as it happens increases, he launched his media outfit, Bodmasnews in 2015. The Online Reporter who got married in 2019, holds a BA degree in Religious Studies from the prestigious Niger Delta University.
Although young in age, the Egbesu Apostle has always been very concerned about his people - and it would seem he isn't ready to stop being altruistic any soon. When asked by our Reporter what's the one thing that rings the loudest in his mind as he celebrates his birthday anniversary today, the father of three stated thus, 'Freedom for Ijaw people'
