The Special Assistant on New Media to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa state, Gov. Douye Diri, Comr. Awudumu Reigneth has taken to social media to share with her followers that a media aide wields power over his boss - albeit only a few are aware of this. The Otuokpoti native who took to her Facebook page yesterday to make the disclosure, stated that a public figure's media aide has the power to make or mar his career.

Speaking further, the Humanitarian added that, those in the know can relate with what she's taking about. Awudumu also added that, if anyone is looking for cues on how to treat his media aides, he'd do well to learn from the Executive Governor of Bayelsa state, Sen. Douye Diri.

Our reporter also learnt that, although she used her social media influence for the PDP's gubernatorial candidate 2019 (Sen. Douye Diri), little or nothing was given to her at the time - but that good folks spoke on her behalf, hence her current appointment - following her new position, she now looks sumptuous on the daily.
