Not too long ago, social media has been awash with series of posts about a faux group 'stingy association'. Pokovirtuousblog gathered that so many Nigerian celebrities has since shown interest - although a few like BBNaija Dorathy turned down the offer of membership. But it would seem celebrities like Nigerian TV Presenter, Toke Makinwa is very much in love with the association like other of her colleagues.
The Stingy Men Association of Nigeria (SMAN) which is an association of men bent on being tight-fisted to women when it comes to money, has this as their motto; 'Let me see what I can do'. But the female gender wouldn't cower in fear as they also established theirs - Stingy Women Association of Nigeria (SWAN) with the motto: 'My period just started'.
Famous Nigerian Vlogger, Toke Makinwa seeing the trend on Twitter reacted to it in a series of posts today. In the tweets, she stated that she doesn't believe any man can be stingy to her, as if she's ready for him, he'll give her everything. She also added that she thinks less of what men would think of her, given that she joined the faux online group. Our reporter gathered that the media girl was issued an ID card of membership a few hours ago.
