Says the rate of brutality is at an all time high.

As more videos and posts from Nigerians exposing the seismic rate at which the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) unit - of the Nigerian Police Force  -has been brutalizing innocent citizens trend online with the hashtag #EndSars, high-profile Nigerians and celebrities have since join the trail to register their displeasure at the security agency.

From the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, who tweeted thus, 'The Special Anti-Robbery Squad unit of the @PoliceNG was set up to confront violent crimes such as armed robbery, kidnapping and other related crimes. However the unit has today morphed into an oppressor of the Nigerian masses who strive everyday for a better life', the Director General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms, Joe Abah who lamented over their weaknesses to entertainment powerhouse like: Olamide, Yemi Alade, Wizkid, Mercy Eke and a host of other celebrities who each expressed their annoyance at the SARS officers on social media, famous Bayelsan Alternative Soul Singer, Sodapresh joins his industry colleagues, as he clamours for an end to the NPF's unit in his state too.

Pokovirtuousblog gathered that the Ogbia native who was apprehended by SARS officers a few months ago on spurious charges, spared no time in taking to social media to call for the disbandment of the NPF's unit. In the post, he also expressed fear over attending a show he's been billed to perform owing to the security agent's brutality and incessant harrassment of citizens on the streets of his country.

See how he posted it on Whatsapp: 'Honestly the Sars na bastards. No be same people wey pick me from Apple shop drive till Aridolf still tell me say if them shoot me people won't find out, that my phones are enough evidence. If I get my way na to burn anyone we catch'.

In yet another post, he stated thus: 'People die every day as a result of Sars brutality I get gig to attend but I'm scared to even go out'.
