From his head to his toe, everything about Jombo Ebizimor Fish alias Dr. Fish is nothing short of amusing and inspirational. Give him a microphone and he'll likely turn your fans into his. The life of this skilled Radio Presenter, Emcee and Comedian has not only added glamour to the Bayelsa entertainment industry, but Nigeria at large.
Speaking with Pokovirtuousblog about his media journey, the Bayelsan native reveals that, he began his career in the radio industry over a decade ago in the city of Port Harcourt at Ray Power, where he co-hosts a show with Su De Lyrical Sniper - which honed his presentation skills and enabled him apply as a radio presenter at Royal FM (Bayelsa) in 2011- three years after leaving Port Harcourt for Bayelsa. Although he's been presenting shows with the likes of Joey De Stunner and other presenters in the broadcasting corporation, he was not employed as a staff until 2016.
Talking about his life as an Actor and Comedian, the multi-talented personality reveals that he has been acting - and started winning awards, as far back as 2002. He did mention being honoured in 2006 by the Rivers state Drama and Art Festival with a Certificate of Excellence in Drama, nominated for the Niger Delta Advancement Award and others. It seems the comedian wouldn't rest on his laurels any soon, as a recent comic video of his entitled 'Dr Fish vs. Covid-19' was shot a few months ago.
When asked as to what inspired him to launch the online TV [Fish Concept TV], he stated that it has always been his dream to have an online platform such as this, adding that in working with Royal FM/TV, he does run a street TV programme for the media house - but wanted more, hence this online TV.
