A Port-Harcourt-based man identified as Barisuka yesterday got electrocuted in his apartment as he slept off while charging his phone which he placed on his body.

Yesterday at Nkpogu area in Port-harcourt a man identified as Barisuka was electrocuted in his apartment while charging his phone. The sad incident has since left many in tears.
Taking to his Facebook page to share the story, Emmanuel Alagiri Jnr. revealed that the deceased was his neighbour, adding that it was spark from the charger that electrocuted him as he slept off while charging his phone - leaving it on his body.
