Nigerian Big-boy, Mompha Files A Lawsuit Against EFCC


Nigerian Big-boy, Ismaila Mustapha (alias Mompha) files a fundamental right enforcement suit at the Lagos state high court.

Demands #5m from EFCC over detention beyond the constitutionally allowed period.


At the Lagos state high court, Igbosere by his Counsel, Gboyega Oyewole SAN, Nigerian Big-boy, Mompha files a fundamental rights enforcement suit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for detaining him beyond the constitutionally-allowed period.

Recall that the Internet star was arrested on Oct. 18th, and spent a week or  two in their custody. Following his release, he has filed a lawsuit against the anti-graft agency, and he's also demanding for #5m.
