Reveals the 11year old boy is of Bayelsa extraction
An 11year old boy of Bayelsa extraction who happens to be a portraitist has had his works published on a Facebook account this morning. The Facebook user identified as Jasper Ngdyas Isaac reveals that the talented kid should be encouraged by the leaders of Ijaw nation. Speaking further, he disclosed that similar talents were discovered in Lagos and empowered so that they gained international recognition.
