Grassroot Mobilizer and Businessman, Hon. Osomkime E. Blankson has taken to his Facebook page to reveal that, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa state will come out strong by the grace of God in the forthcoming Nov. 16th gubernatorial election.
