Says he is a man of proven track record.

The Speaker Bayelsa state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah in a statement made available to newsmen through his SA on New Media, Mr. Dickson Didi Opuene, the Speaker described Sen. Douye Diri as the man fit to govern the state.

He also called on the people of Bayelsa to vote for him come November 16th.
