A pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Jamiu Ishola Kolawole gets imprisoned for fraud.
The said pastor deceived his tenant into paying him 9m Naira without fulfilling the agreement.
What a shame as a 60-years old pastor in charge of Ikosi parish in Ketu district, Pastor Jamiu Ishola Kolawole got arrested for defrauding a tenant the sum of 9m without leasing the house.
Dr. Emeka Ugwunze the tenant of the said pastor declares that 9m Naira was collected from him by the pastor to secure the apartment, for him to pay him 11m Naira at a future date all for him to discover that the pastor wouldn't lease it.
The RCCG pastor was yesterday sentenced to 18months imprisonment.
