Popular Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia (alias 2face) in Abuja urged youths to register for their Personal Voters Card (PVC) ahead of the 2019 general elections.

The super-star singer made this clarion-call at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Campus Outreach Program on Youths Votes Counts at the University of Abuja. He further noted that our PVC is our new bragging right, and that the change we desire has to start from now.
