PZ's Entertainment Executive Director, Israel Bernard Henry (aka PZ Boss) an Akwa Ibom guy based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state, cornered Pokovirtuous's blog  to share his experiences about the movie industry in Bayelsa state.

The comic actor / director shows the way forward regarding Bayelsa's movie / entertainment sector.

• Question:

Wow! you look good, am sure the entertainment industry is working in your favour _ how did you get here?

• Answer:

I can say I've been acting since my high school days _ 2011 _ but back then one lacked the skill-sets requisite of a comic actor. My experiences over the years is the result of what has become of me.

I have always believe that I can act _ comic movie. Watching A-list comic actors like; John Okafor (alias Mr. Ibu) I keep telling myself I can.

• Question:

What are the challenges you're facing in the movie industry _ if any, what is it and what has been helping you forge ahead?

• Answer:

Hmmm, its a good question. I must admit the movie industry in Bayelsa is still in her nascent stage, hence we have so many challenges. For PZ Entertainment, sponsorship and brand recognition has been our ache _ that's the reason we choose to partner with you (smiles)

My friends / fans has been of great inspiration to me. There was a time I felt like it's over with PZ Entertainment, hence I stopped shooting videos, but fans encouraged me not to give up. This explains why my friends / fans has been my backbone.

• Question:

I really love your spirit _ am pretty sure you have mentors you're modelling, right?

• Answer:

You see, one thing I like you and everyone to understand about PZ Entertainment is that, we're unique! We believe in teaching morals and revive the culture of discipline _ my videos testifies of it.

I've always love to become like Mark Angel, his comic lines are inspirational. And of course AY, oh, the guy is good, so far in PZ Entertainment we're improving on our acting and directing skills so as to shoot the next video that will take Nollywood to the next level internationally.

• Question:

The Lazy Nigerian Youth has been trending, so that it now has a Wikipedia Page _ what's your take on the issue?

• Answer:

I come from Aka Ibom, based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state striving to build her entertainment industry here and by extension Nollywood _ this goes to show youths aren't lazy. At PZ Entertainment, the majority of acts are youths and we're making progress career-wise.
