In a chat on Twitter between the arrested, @yoitspizzu and Commissioner of Police Igando, @yomishogunle it was disclosed that Nigerians shouldn't walk around with pepper spray (capsicum spray).
The NPF officer educated the convict, telling her that it's against the Nigerian law.
The use of pepper spray (capsicum spray) a chemical that when it's get to the eyes causes tears, pains etc, and that is uesd to control riot, self-defense and so forth, is been disclosed (enshrined in the Nigerian law) to be prohibited by the country's constitution. It was also revealed that citizen's shouldn't walk around with it.
In the chat on twitter between the female convict, @yoitspizzu that was arrested walking around with capsicum spray in Igando with the Commissioner of Police, @yomishogunle it was revealed that to take pepper spray around when walking is prohibited.
