Retired military officer, Colonel Hassan Stan-Labo calls on President Muhammadu Buhari to declare killer herdsmen terrorists, stating that would help put an end to the killings.
The retired colonel also advised PMB to dismiss the Inspector General of Police, knowing they are overwhelmed by the killer herdsmen.
The unprecedented killings of human beings in Benue, Taraba etc has sparked concern from well-meaning Nigerians, one of such persons is; retired military officer, Colonel Hassan Stan-Labo.
At an interview in Channels Tv, the retired military officer stated that President Muhammadu Buhari should declare killer herdsmen terrorist, adding that it would place them on the watchlist thereby attracting assistance from the international community. He also noted that the killer herdsmen have political backing.
Speaking on the performance of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) over the conundrum, he observed that the Inspector General of Police should be dismissed including those who exhibits lackadaisical attitude.
He further noted that the situation as it is now can only be controled by the military, adding that the NPF are overwhelmed.
